Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate it. Every week when I put together the recipe books I take into consideration the cost at the grocery store. This week’s ingredients are a little over $40 for the week. Inside the recipe guide I offer substitutions and tips on each dish. I’m impressed with the response of 0 for 3pm crashes. What do you think has worked so well for you?

Prepping my breakfast and lunches for the week, monitoring blood sugar, building in rest time where I can and getting a good night sleep.
